The Somers Point Jazz Society recently made a donation of $500 to help support the arts and music program within the Ocean City Public School District. Pictured (left to right) are: Al Paramito, Treasurer SPJS, Janet Romano, Music Teacher, Cathy Smith, Principal, Sally Godfrey, Sponsor, and Dr. Kathleen Taylor, Superintendent. The money was raised through the Cape Bank Jazz @ the Point Festival this past May. Godfrey’s Funeral Home was one of the corporate sponsors for this event.
