Award winning vocalist and songwriter Gabrielle Stravelli blends musical traditions with a modern, genre-bending sensibility. Stravelli headlined the 2023 cayman arts festival on Grand Cayman Island and the 2023 Delaware water gap COTA Jazz festival. In 2022 she sold out Birdland’s main room with the New York debut of “Mel & Ella Swing!”, her new show with pianist/singer Billy Stritch.
She has toured the United States with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and has toured internationally with the “American Music Abroad” (AMA) program, performing and teaching throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. She headlined the 2021 and 2018 Jazz on the Mountain Festival at the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, NY and has appeared at the 2019 Kota Kinabalu Music and Dance Festival in Malaysia, the 2016 Eleuthera All That Jazz Festival in the Bahamas, the 2013 Maree Sonore Festival in Venice and the 2013 Kastav Cultural in Croatia.
Patrick O’Leary,. has toured the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, and Japan with the Lionel Hampton Orchestra. Also with Hampton, he recorded the Grammy-nominated Sentimental Journey (Atlantic). O’Leary has recorded with J.R. Monterose, Mundell Lowe, Mel Lewis, Bucky Pizzarelli, Jerry Bergozi, and Scott Robinson. Other artists with whom O’Leary has played include Diana Krall, James Moody, Junior Cook, Lee Konitz, Joe Lovano, Barry Harris, Junior Mance, Joe Williams, and Marlena Shaw. He regularly appears at The Blue Note, The Village Vanguard, Bradley’s, Fat Tuesdays, The Iridium, and has recently performed at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, and Carnegie Hall.
Joshua Richman is a two-time winner oftheASCAPFoundation Young Jazz Composer Award. He is currently a faculty member at Temple University and The University of the Arts.
He has performed with Wynton Marsalis, Terell Stafford, Randy Brecker, Peter Washington, Kenny Washington, Eric Alexander, John Ellis, Harry Allen, Tim Warfield, Jeremy Pelt, Grant Stewart, Mark Gross, Charles Fambrough, Byron Landham, Steve Laspina, Bill Goodwin, Lea Delaria, Ben Wolfe, Lee Smith, David Demsey, Rich DeRosa, Joanna Pascale, Mike Boone, and Justin Faulkner. Joshua also was the pianist for Anthony Rapp and Stephen Sondheim at the “Sondheim on Sondheim-In Words and Music” event at William Paterson University. Joshua has performed both nationally and internationally as a member of the Juilliard Jazz Ensemble.
