Sharon Sable & Joe Holt – The Music of Blossom Dearie

On April 3 the South Jersey Jazz Society will kick off their 2024 spring series “Something Borrowed, Something Blue, and Something Neu.” with a tribute to the unique jazz vocalist Blossom Dearie. The first of this three part sequence will pay homage to this amazing song stylist will be the Sharon Sable Quartet. The group will consist of Sharon Sable on vocals, Joe Holt, piano, Tom Baldwin, bass, and Steve Abshire, guitar.

Parts two and three of this series will take place on May 8 (Charlie Apicella) and June 7 (Andrew Neu Big Band).
