The Jazz & Blues Showcase series returns from winter break to begin its 2020 season with monthly spring shows, March through June. Dynamic jazz organist AKIKO TSURUGA kicks-off our programs on SUNDAY, MARCH 15.

In the U.S. from her native Japan since 2001, Ms. Tsuruga’s demand as a performer and recording artist has grown rapidly. She’s recorded numerous CDs as a leader, performed worldwide with a host of jazz greats and received Hot House Magazine’s award as ” Best Organist” in 2017. Her trio includes CHARLIE SIGLER, a fast-rising star on jazz guitar, and BYRON LANDHAM, the outstanding, veteran drummer.
